Today I said goodbye to one of my closest friends of all. Mr. Tyler Jessop will be off to Louisiana to serve God. I can't even tell you how proud I am of this kid and his decision and determination to serve a mission. I cannot think of anyone who would be a better missionary than Tyler will be. Although it was sad to say goodbye today, I could not be any happier to give up my own selfish desires to be with my great friend for two years so that he can teach the people of Louisiana. It is amazing how much someone can impact your life in so little time, but I can say without a shadow of a doubt that his presence in my life this past year has made me a much better person than I was when I met him. I have never met anyone who is smarter, more determined, or more solid in the Gospel than this kid. You can just see the light in his little eyes and know that he is so happy because he is closer to his God now than ever before in his life. Seeing him today was EXACTLY what I needed!! Tyler, if you're reading this, I LOVE YOU AND I AM GOING TO MISS YOU SO MUCH!! Goodluck, and remember, you are Platinum in my book :)
